ST MODWEN SIGNS DOWNTON AS MAJOR OCCUPIER AT GLOUCESTER SCHEME
A 102,000 sq ft distribution warehouse is to be developed by St Modwen at Quedgeley West Business Park, Gloucester, to store Dyson vacuum cleaners.
CM Downton, has reached agreement with St Modwen to purchase the building which will amalgamate two of the firm’s existing warehouses in the region. The new warehouse will be built within half a mile of Downton’s head office in Moreton Valance which employs over 400 staff.
ASH & Co act jointly with DTZ on the scheme.
