Littlecombe, Dursley

Littlecombe comprises a new development in the heart of Dursley and encompasses much of the land that Lister Petter owned when they were a much larger company.

St Modwen plc is the developer for the scheme, selected by the South West Regional Development Agency for their track record in the redevelopment of Brown Field sites.

 

Unit 1 Littlecombe - Sold to Everhot LtdLittlecombe is a mixed use scheme and ASH & Co have been instructed to market 16 new units aimed at small and medium sized businesses.  As part of their commitment to quality, St Modwen finished the units to a very high standard with a BREAM excellent rating.

 The development was launched with an Open Day, officially opened by the local MP, David Drew.  It has proved very popular to local businesses, the most notable being Everhot Limited who have bought 4 units, the largest being 6,400 sq ft.

From the 15 units, only 3 remain.  Occupiers on the development include Chris Tallis Farm Machinery, Linear Insulation Limited, Controlco and Avonports Laundry.
