The offices are offered by way of a new internal repairing and insuring lease for a term to be agreed.

VAT

Under the Finance Acts 1989 and 1987, VAT may be levied on the rental. We recommend that prospective tenants establish the VAT implications before entering into any agreement.

Service Charges

A charge will be levied to cover the costs associated with the upkeep and overheads for the interior of the property.
