Our management services
Each property has a dedicated and experienced manager allocated to oversee each property and management is undertaken in accordance with the RICS Professional Statement guidelines. The holding of client’s money is done in a named client account and service charge accounting is also done in accordance with RICS regulations. Some of the services we provide include:
- Rent collection and accounting (including VAT when required)
- Service charge administration, accounting and audit
- Service contract tendering and administration
- Preparation of accounts for filing by the Company Secretary at Companies House
- Payment of costs through an authorised budgetary approvals process in accordance with the RICS regulation
- Tenant liaison
- Regular inspections and client reporting including recommendations for management efficiencies
- Planned and preventative maintenance and dealing with emergency repairs and insurance claims
- Supervision of qualified contractors
- Health & Safety and advice on other statutory regulations
