Our management philosophy
A dedicated Property Manager is appointed to each instruction and is the main point of contact, with support from other members of the team to cover any absence. Administrative and accounting support functions are included within the management instruction, thereby providing a full management service.
We have 24-hour ‘emergency’ contact numbers in place and calls are received by a suitably qualified person equipped to deal with any eventuality.
We will arrange and attend the Annual General Meetings and Directors meetings and we can arrange company secretarial duties if required.
We have an extensive base of local tradesmen and contractors to call upon so that we can ensure levels of service, response times and price.
