Hardwick Campus, Cheltenham

On behalf of University of Gloucestershire, we are delighted to bring to the market the Hardwick Campus on St Paul's Road which offers a fantastic opportunity for redevelopment or repurpose a well-known site in the town centre.

The site extends to approximately 1.9 hectare (4.69 acre) and includes 6 main buildings, totalling 6,742.20 sq m (72,573 sq ft), used for educational purposes, administration and student accommodation.

The sale of the property reflects the University’s ambitions to create vibrant campuses that offer excellent teaching facilities, are environmentally and financially sustainable and  provide increased opportunities for collaboration through the co-location of courses.

A pre-application document for residential development, prepared by Quattro Design Architects and Black Box Planning, has been favourably received by the Local Authority. The Pre-App Report and supporting documentation are available on request or available to view at www.hardwickcampus.co.uk

We have been instructed to invite offers for the freehold interest on a conditional and unconditional basis by 5pm on Friday 4th October 2024.
