Following a sustained period of growth, opportunities have arisen for a new Property/Block Manager within our Residential Management Department and a Junior Role within our Agency Department.
Both are fantastic opportunities for individuals looking to join an expanding multi-disciplined company that provides professional services across Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding areas.
The Property/Block Manager role will involve the management of properties on behalf of our clients and include the preparation of maintenance projects, regular site visits, service charge budgeting, attending meetings and AGMs and dealing with routine maintenance tasks, queries and contractors.
The Agency role will involve the marketing of properties on behalf of our clients and include site inspections, administration and preparation of marketing material, viewings and client interaction, negotiation support and liaising with other professionals such as solicitors. An option to gain experience in other departments will be considered.
A competitive salary will be offered to reflect experience. A Driving Licence and access to a Vehicle will be required.
